Easy Communication with CET Cell
Students can now report issues via toll-free numbers, helplines, or email for faster resolution.
For the academic year 2025-26, students and parents are encountering various challenges while completing the online registration for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate programs. To address these issues, the State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has introduced a new “Ticket System” feature. This system allows students to directly communicate their problems and concerns to the CET Cell through the official website. Additionally, a toll-free helpline and a dedicated support line have been established to assist students with any queries or issues they may face during the registration process.
The online registration process for the Common Entrance Test (CET) for various degree and postgraduate courses in the academic year 2025-26 is available through the portal. However, students and parents often encounter difficulties during the registration process. To resolve these, the CET Cell has implemented the “Ticket System” feature within the login portal. This option enables students to report any problems they face during registration or other phases of the admission process directly to the CET Cell. The CET Cell is expected to respond to these queries within a specified timeframe, ensuring a quicker resolution of student concerns.
Under the Ticket System, students can raise their issues by contacting the CET Cell through the toll-free number, a dedicated helpline, or email. A toll-free helpline number, 1800-209-0191, has been made available, along with two additional helpline numbers, 7969-134-401 and 7969-134-402, operational from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Students can contact these numbers to seek assistance. Additionally, students can email their queries to cethelpdesk@maharashtracet.org for further support.
However, the CET Cell has clarified that students and parents should refrain from sending emails to cetcell@mahacet.org for issues related to the registration process, as this email address is not designated for such queries.
This new system aims to streamline the support process, allowing students to easily resolve any issues they face during the CET registration and admission procedures.
