Quick Heal Foundation, the CSR arm of Quick Heal Technologies, hosted the 2025 ‘Cyber Shiksha for Cyber Suraksha’ Awards on January 12, 2025, in Pune. The event honoured volunteers, teachers, and institutions dedicated to promoting cyber safety across India.
The ceremony featured Shri C. P. Radhakrishnan, Governor of Maharashtra, Dr. Prakash Mahanwar, Vice Chancellor of Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Solapur University, and Quick Heal’s leadership team, including Ms. Anupama Katkar, Chairperson of Quick Heal Foundation.
The “Cyber Shiksha for Cyber Suraksha” initiative empowers youth with leadership skills and digital education. It supports India’s ‘Digital India’ and ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ goals by teaching cyber safety. The initiative has impacted over 64.78 lakh lives, formed partnerships with 120+ institutions, trained 4,600 Cyber Warriors, and reached 55.92 lakh students through digital campaigns across 12 states.
Awards recognised exceptional teachers, club officers, and institutions. Categories included Best Principal, Best Teacher, Best Performing Team, and Best Club Overall. These awards highlight the initiative’s commitment to empowering youth and creating a safer online environment.
Ms. Anupama Katkar, Chairperson of Quick Heal Foundation, expressed pride in the achievements. She said, “Together, we are shaping tomorrow’s cyber guardians and empowering communities to build a safer digital future.”
Besides cyber safety, Quick Heal Foundation promotes youth empowerment and healthcare access. Their programmes, such as ‘Earn and Learn,’ ‘Arogya Yan,’ and the Shaalangan Counselling Centre, continue to support underserved communities.
