The makers of Shatak: Sangh Ke 100 Varsh have released the film’s much-anticipated trailer, narrated by Bollywood superstar Ajay Devgn. Known for his deep and resonant voice, Devgn brings a powerful emotional depth to the first glimpse of the film, setting the tone for its sweeping narrative.
Rooted in themes of sacrifice, resilience, and nation-first values, the trailer takes viewers on a century-long journey inspired by the words of Guruji M. S. Golwalkar Ji, reflecting the Sangh’s enduring spirit and impact over generations. Through documented sources and evocative visuals, the film seeks to explore chapters of history that are lesser-known, portraying the Sangh’s journey through the symbolic imagery of the Bhagwa.
Speaking about his association with the project, Ajay Devgn expressed his pride and respect for the organisation. “Congratulations to the RSS on completing one hundred years. A century is not merely a milestone in time; it represents generations of commitment, sacrifice, and contribution towards nation-building,” he said. “Over these hundred years, the Sangh has played a significant role in shaping conversations around service, unity, and cultural identity. Shatak seeks to shed light on that long and layered journey.”
Devgn further added, “For me, being the voice that narrates this story is truly an honour. This is not just the story of an organisation, but of an idea one that endured challenges and continued to stand firm with the passage of time. Lending my voice to a narrative that speaks of resilience, belief, and collective purpose has been a meaningful experience.”
The film, made in association with Panorama, is produced by Vir Kapur, directed by Ashish Mall, and co-produced by Ashish Tiwari. It promises to be a cinematic tribute that blends history, ideology, and storytelling, appealing to audiences who seek both inspiration and insight into the Sangh’s century-long journey.
Shatak: Sangh Ke 100 Varsh is scheduled for a nationwide release on 20 February 2026, inviting viewers to witness a narrative that spans a hundred years of service, vision, and collective endeavour. With Devgn’s narration setting the emotional core, the film aims to leave a lasting impression on audiences by celebrating resilience, cultural identity, and the enduring spirit of an organisation that has been part of India’s social fabric for a century.
