Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) recorded a 13% sales growth in February 2025. The company sold 28,414 vehicles, up from 25,220 in February 2024. In India, domestic sales stood at 26,414 units. Mumbai’s real estate market has shown signs of stabilisation as property registrations slightly dipped in February 2025. According to Knight Frank India, a total of 11,541 properties were registered in the city, marking a 4% Year-on-Year (YoY) decline compared to 12,056 registrations in February 2024, based on data from the Maharashtra Inspector General of Registration (IGR).
