Mumbai (Anil Bedag): The horror-comedy Bhooth Bangla is generating excitement for its unique storyline, but the behind-the-scenes fun is equally grabbing attention. Fans are thrilled as iconic actor-director duo Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan reunite after 14 years for this film.
Recently, the set witnessed a lively surprise when Akshay Kumar organised a friendly cricket match during breaks. Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan joined in, instantly turning the shooting location into a mini cricket ground. Crew members cheered enthusiastically, creating a festive, stadium-like atmosphere.
Adding to the fun, Akshay announced a lighthearted challenge for the crew, including a cash prize for the winning team. The impromptu match brought energy, laughter, and camaraderie to the set, giving everyone a memorable break from shooting.
Meanwhile, Bhooth Bangla is already trending online with its first song, “Ram Ji Aake Bhala Karenge.” Produced by Balaji Motion Pictures and Cape of Good Films, the film also stars Wamiqa Gabbi, Paresh Rawal, Tabu, and Rajpal Yadav.
Fans can look forward to experiencing the horror-comedy in theatres when Bhooth Bangla releases on April 10, 2026.
