- Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand: Heavy to very heavy rainfall and snowfall are likely between February 26-28, with isolated extreme snowfall possible on February 27.
- Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh: Thunderstorms with lightning and gusty winds (30-40 km/h) are expected from February 26 to March 1. Punjab may see heavy rain on February 28.
- Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan: Light to moderate showers with thunderstorms and lightning are predicted from February 27 to March 1.
Southern & Island Regions to See Storms
- Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Kerala: Scattered to widespread thunderstorms are expected from February 27 to March 2, with heavy rain in some areas.

Heatwave Alert for the West
- Konkan, Goa, Gujarat, Coastal Karnataka: Hot and humid conditions will prevail, with heatwaves expected in isolated areas on February 26 and 27.
Temperature Swings Ahead
Northwest India may see a brief rise in minimum temperatures by 2°C before dropping by 2-4°C. Maximum temperatures could dip by 3-5°C after February 27.
