Kerala’s Finance Minister, K.N. Balagopal, presented the state budget for 2025-26, outlining a comprehensive roadmap aimed at rejuvenating the state’s economy and ensuring sustainable growth across sectors. The standout feature of the budget is the significant expansion of metro rail projects in major cities, including Kochi.
