Gravate Sports (GRV8), co-founded by RJ Anmol and Puneet Goyal, hosted India’s inaugural CXO Pickleball League in Mumbai. Sports icon Saina Nehwal and business leader Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani attended, teaming up for a friendly match. In a memorable moment, Dr. Hiranandani received an autographed racket from Saina.
Pickleball is rapidly growing globally, and India is catching up fast. Saina noted, “Pickleball might be included in the Olympics in the coming years, and I won’t be surprised. Many people play it for fun.” She also cautioned, “One should play carefully and with proper guidance, as injuries are common among regular players.”
The event featured 16 teams and 31 matches, with several CXOs enjoying the league in high spirits.
