Suzuki Motorcycle India has unveiled the 2025 editions of its popular scooters, the Avenis and Burgman Street, featuring vibrant new colour options and engines that comply with the latest OBD-2B emission standards.
Avenis: What’s New?
The 2025 Suzuki Avenis retains its sporty design but now boasts an updated 124.3 cc single-cylinder engine that meets OBD-2B norms. This engine delivers 8.5 hp and 10 Nm of torque. A notable addition is the Special Edition variant, priced at ₹94,000 (ex-showroom), featuring a dual-tone Metallic Matte Black No. 2 with Matte Titanium Silver paint scheme and a distinctive burgundy seat. The standard Avenis is available at ₹93,200 (ex-showroom).
Burgman Street EX: Updates and Pricing
Suzuki’s maxi-scooter, the Burgman Street EX, also receives the OBD-2B-compliant engine, maintaining its output of 8.5 hp and 10 Nm of torque. The scooter introduces a new Metallic Matte Stellar Blue colour option, adding to its existing palette. The top-end Burgman Street EX is priced at ₹1.16 lakh (ex-showroom), while the standard Burgman Street starts at ₹95,800 (ex-showroom).
With these updates, Suzuki’s entire scooter lineup now adheres to the latest emission regulations, offering consumers environmentally friendly options without compromising performance.
