Raj Gavali Production has unveiled the first look poster of its upcoming supernatural thriller The Wardrobe, offering audiences a haunting preview of what promises to be an intense cinematic experience. Directed by Saurabhh Chaubey, the Bollywood horror film stars Divya Agarwal and Rajniesh Duggall in lead roles. The project is produced by Jyoti Raj Gavali and co-produced by Raj Gavali.
The newly released poster sets a chilling tone. It features a mysterious woman emerging from an old, half open wooden wardrobe wrapped in creeping vines. A deep red glow spills from within, casting an ominous light on the eerie figure dressed in a blood stained white gown. Smoke swirls around the frame, while shadows dominate the background, creating an atmosphere of suspense and dread. The striking visual suggests that something sinister lurks behind the wardrobe doors, waiting to be revealed.
Divya Agarwal makes her Bollywood debut with The Wardrobe. She rose to fame after winning Bigg Boss OTT 1 and MTV Ace of Space 1, and now steps into the horror genre for the first time on the big screen. Speaking about the film, Divya said the project pushed her creatively. She described the story as gripping and layered, adding that she is eager for audiences to experience the film’s unsettling atmosphere in theatres.
Rajniesh Duggall, known for his work in thriller and horror films, said the script immediately caught his attention. According to him, the film offers a distinctive approach to the supernatural genre. He noted that it blends suspense with psychological elements, and that the first look only hints at the deeper mysteries the story will unfold.
The title The Wardrobe, displayed in bold red lettering on the poster, reinforces the horror theme. The visual also confirms the film’s theatrical release date as April 24, 2026.
According to the makers, the story revolves around a terrifying sequence of events triggered by what appears to be an ordinary household object. They describe the narrative as suspense driven, filled with unexpected twists and emotionally charged moments.
