Marriott International and Accenture India have launched a four-month training programme for young job seekers. The initiative aims to equip them with hospitality skills and create job opportunities.

The first two months will focus on training in hospitality and life skills. Non-profit partners funded by Accenture will conduct these sessions. Participants will also receive mentorship and soft skills training.
In the final two months, eligible candidates will be placed in paid internships at Marriott’s 155 properties across India. The programme aims to bridge the gap between talent and employment in the hospitality sector.

Ranju Alex, Area Vice President – South Asia, Marriott International, said the initiative will provide hands-on experience and financial support. Ajay Vij, Senior Country Managing Director, Accenture India, said it will help youth become job-ready while contributing to community development.
By removing economic barriers, this programme supports workforce development and strengthens corporate social responsibility in the industry.
