In a fast-moving world where convenience often defines lifestyle choices, XECH Technologies has introduced a product that aims to simplify everyday cooking. The Mumbai-based consumer electronics brand has launched the Mini Chef, a compact multi-functional kettle designed for people who need quick, flexible and efficient meal solutions.
At first glance, the Mini Chef may look like a regular electric kettle. However, it goes far beyond basic use. With a 2-litre capacity, the device allows users to boil, steam, stir fry and prepare complete meals in a single unit. This makes it particularly useful for students living in hostels, working professionals in offices, and travellers who want access to fresh, home-style food without a full kitchen setup.
The idea behind the Mini Chef is simple. Modern consumers often face space constraints and time limitations. Traditional cooking appliances are not always practical in such situations. By combining multiple cooking functions into one portable device, XECH is addressing this gap in a direct and user-friendly way.
The product supports a wide range of dishes. From everyday meals like dal khichdi and poha to quick options like noodles and pasta, it offers versatility that suits different preferences. It can even handle more complex items such as biryani or steamed snacks, making it more than just a quick-fix solution.
Pranay Punjabi, Founder of XECH Technologies, highlighted the brand’s focus on simplifying daily life. He explained that the Mini Chef was created for people who value both convenience and quality. Whether someone is travelling, working long hours, or living in a compact space, the aim is to make cooking easy without compromising on taste or nutrition.
At the core of the Mini Chef is a ceramic-coated inner pot, designed to ensure non-stick cooking and easy cleaning. This feature also helps maintain food quality and safety. The device comes with dual heat modes ranging from 300W to 600W, allowing users to switch between low and high heat depending on the recipe.
Safety has also been given careful attention. The Mini Chef includes features such as auto shut-down and dry burn protection, reducing the risk of overheating. An intelligent heat lock system helps improve energy efficiency while ensuring faster cooking. The cool-touch body and wooden handle make it safer to handle during use, while the ISI-certified power cord adds an extra layer of reliability.
Despite its functionality, the device remains lightweight and portable. Weighing just 560 grams and measuring under 20 cm in height, it is easy to carry in a travel bag or place on a desk or small kitchen counter. The detachable power cord and transparent lid further enhance usability.
Priced at ₹4,299, the Mini Chef will be available on major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart, along with XECH Experience Centres and retail outlets. With this launch, XECH continues to expand its range of smart kitchen solutions, focusing on products that fit seamlessly into modern lifestyles.
