Prime Minister will visit France from 10 to 12 February at the invitation of President Emmanuel Macron. In Paris, he will co-chair the AI Action Summit alongside global leaders and tech CEOs, focusing on a collaborative approach to AI innovation, security, and public welfare.
During the bilateral segment, he will review progress on the 2047 Horizon Roadmap for the India-France strategic partnership with Macron. He will also inaugurate India’s first consulate in France in Marseille and visit the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor project, where India is a partner. Additionally, he will pay tribute to Indian soldiers at Mazargues War Cemetery.
Following the France visit, the Prime Minister will travel to the US for a two-day visit at the invitation of President Donald Trump. This will be their first meeting since Trump’s re-election. The visit aims to strengthen ties in technology, trade, defence, energy, and supply chain resilience, building on past collaborations.
