The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) will hold its 23rd edition of NATCON in Singapore from September 11 to 13, 2025. The event will focus on India’s $30 trillion economic vision and the critical role of real estate in achieving it.
Why Singapore?
Singapore was chosen for its model of urban planning, strong infrastructure, and innovation. The city-state’s journey from limited resources to a global hub makes it an ideal learning ground. NATCON 2025 will explore how India can adapt these strategies for sustainable and inclusive development.
A Global Stage for Indian Real Estate
The three-day conclave will bring together more than 1,200 leaders. Attendees will include developers, investors, policymakers, financial experts, and innovators. The goal is to discuss solutions for housing needs, green buildings, and urban infrastructure.
CREDAI President Shekhar Patel said that India will need over 25 million affordable homes by 2030. He added that sessions at NATCON 2025 will focus on technology, sustainability, and inclusivity to meet these demands.
Learning from the Best
Past editions of NATCON have been hosted in cities known for their unique growth models. This year will spotlight Singapore’s approach to integrated planning, collaboration, and innovation. The event will feature speakers and experts who will share trends, strategies, and global best practices.
CREDAI aims to equip participants with knowledge to make India’s real estate sector more innovative and globally competitive. The conclave will provide opportunities to build partnerships and influence policy for the years ahead.
