The Women Achiever Awards 2025 by NAREDCO MAHI brought together leaders, innovators, and changemakers from the real estate sector for an inspiring evening. Held during the NAREDCO HOMETHON Property Expo 2025 at the Jio World Convention Center, BKC, Mumbai, the awards celebrated excellence, vision, and resilience in women shaping the industry.
Organised by NAREDCO MAHI, the women’s wing of the National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), under the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, and in collaboration with the Women Who Lead National Award & Consortium (WWLNAC), the Women Achiever Awards 2025 highlighted the growing influence of women leaders in real estate and allied sectors. The evening drew wide participation from industry leaders and professionals across the country.
Eminent dignitaries graced the event, including Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani, Chairman, NAREDCO; Mr. Rajan Bandelkar, Vice Chairman, NAREDCO; Mrs. Smita Patil, National President, NAREDCO MAHI; Mrs. Smita Raje Patwardhan of the Jamkhandi royal family; Dr. Sunita Karad, Dean, MIT World Peace University; Mrs. Radhika Sudhir, Founder, WWLNAC; Mr. Prashant Sharma, President, NAREDCO West; and Mr. Hitesh Thakkar, Vice President, NAREDCO Maharashtra. Actress Anusha Dandekar also attended, applauding the initiative and recognising women behind India’s real estate growth.
Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani highlighted the crucial role women play in building sustainable communities and driving innovation in real estate. He noted that the Women Achiever Awards 2025 serve as a platform to empower women leaders and inspire the next generation. “This award is more than recognition; it is a celebration of women shaping society and the real estate sector,” he said.
Mr. Rajan Bandelkar added that women are transforming the sector, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives that strengthen the industry. “Awards like the Women Achiever Awards 2025 reflect a progressive change long overdue,” he stated.
Mrs. Smita Patil emphasised that the event symbolised strength, resilience, and leadership. She connected the timing during Navratri to the spirit of Shakti, remarking, “Honouring women during this festival reflects the power and inspiration they bring to the industry. This recognition fuels future leaders to take bold steps.”
Actress Anusha Dandekar applauded the women in real estate, calling them the “real heroes” behind people’s dream homes. Mrs. Radhika Sudhir reiterated that the Women Achiever Awards 2025 provide a platform to acknowledge and celebrate outstanding women, encouraging others to follow their path.
