India’s wellness industry is rapidly evolving beyond traditional gyms and fitness centres, with consumers increasingly prioritising holistic health, recovery, and mindful living. Tapping into this growing shift, AVAA Wellness Pvt. Ltd. has announced the launch of its premium wellness initiative, Sadhya Studios, marking the company’s strategic expansion into the fast-growing holistic wellness segment.
The official announcement of the brand will take place during the inauguration of AVAA Wellness Pvt. Ltd.’s 11th Anytime Fitness India club at Anytime Fitness Delta 1 on May 9, 2026. The launch event is expected to bring together wellness enthusiasts, fitness professionals, and industry stakeholders, along with a special appearance by actor and television personality Vindu Dara Singh.
Founded under the leadership of CEO Neha Kapur, Sadhya Studios has been envisioned as a premium wellness and mindful movement brand designed around the principles of alignment, movement quality, recovery, mobility, and sustainable lifestyle practices. The initiative reflects the growing consumer demand for wellness experiences that extend beyond physical fitness and focus equally on mental well-being and long-term health.
Unlike conventional fitness models centred mainly around workouts, Sadhya Studios aims to create a more integrated ecosystem by combining Yoga, Pilates, breathwork, recovery therapies, mobility sessions, and nutrition-focused experiences under one platform. The brand intends to position itself within the premium wellness space by offering curated, experience-driven services tailored to urban consumers seeking healthier and more balanced lifestyles.
The venture is being developed in strategic collaboration with ARC, led by Puneet Dhingra and Narender Kumar, who are overseeing the company’s business strategy, expansion roadmap, operational systems, and long-term growth planning. The collaboration is expected to strengthen the brand’s scalability and operational structure as it prepares for expansion across major urban markets.
Speaking about the vision behind the launch, Neha Kapur said that Sadhya Studios aims to build one of India’s most holistic wellness brands by bringing together movement, recovery, nutrition, and community within one experience-led environment. She added that the company plans to introduce several additional premium wellness and recovery-focused services under the Sadhya brand in the future.
Puneet Dhingra, Co-founder of ARC, highlighted that the brand’s long-term vision focuses on building a systems-led and process-driven wellness ecosystem rather than relying on personality-driven business models. According to him, the company is developing strong operational standards, scalable infrastructure, coaching frameworks, and member experience systems to ensure consistent quality across future locations.
Built around the philosophy of “Alignment, Form & Movement,” Sadhya Studios will offer services including Yoga sessions, Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, mobility and stretch programmes, breathwork, recovery therapies, personalised wellness plans, and wellness café concepts centred on clean nutrition and mindful living.
As part of its initial expansion strategy, two Sadhya Studios are already under development and are expected to launch in the coming months. The company plans to establish a structured premium studio network across key Indian cities over the long term.
The launch of Sadhya Studios reflects a broader transformation underway in India’s wellness industry, where consumers are increasingly embracing holistic health models that prioritise sustainability, mindfulness, recovery, and overall quality of life rather than fitness alone.
