The Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI), in collaboration with the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, is organising the AI Art Installation Challenge. This competition brings together artists, designers, and AI innovators to explore the intersection of artificial intelligence and artistic expression. Participants will use AI-powered tools to create interactive and immersive installations, demonstrating how technology can enhance creativity.
The challenge is part of the Create in India Challenges, a key initiative under the World Audio Visual & Entertainment Summit (WAVES). The WAVES Summit, led by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, has already attracted over 70,000 registrations and launched 31 competitions. It serves as a global platform to promote innovation in the Media and Entertainment sector, encouraging collaboration, investment, and trade opportunities. The upcoming summit will be held from 1st to 4th May 2025 at Jio World Convention Centre & Jio World Gardens, Mumbai, providing a stage for groundbreaking ideas and fresh talent.
Eligibility Guidelines
Submission Guidelines
- Submit a prototype or mockup showcasing feasibility and interactivity.
- Include a detailed project description covering the concept, process, and AI techniques used.
- Provide visual representations such as sketches or 3D models.
- Upload a short video (maximum 5 minutes) explaining the concept and demonstrating the prototype or simulation.
- Deadline for entries: 15th March 2025.

- Use of plagiarised or unauthorised content.
- Non-compliance with submission and eligibility guidelines.
