Emergency response just got a serious upgrade in Delhi NCR. Zenzo has launched 671 aggregated ambulances across the region, promising to slash response times to under 15 minutes.
This move is part of Zenzo’s broader initiative—‘Make Delhi Emergency Ready’—which was spotlighted at a recent event at India Habitat Centre.
India-Wide Reach
Zenzo isn’t stopping at Delhi. Over 25,000 ambulances across 450 Indian cities are now part of its fast-growing network. These include basic, cardiac, and even 5G-enabled ambulances with live patient monitoring.
The aim? Real-time data sharing between paramedics and hospitals to save lives during the critical golden hour.
Cops, Cab Drivers, and CPR
In a new twist, Zenzo has trained over 100 Delhi Traffic Police personnel in First Aid and CPR. These officers are now frontline responders.
Training was held on 21st and 22nd April 2025 and delivered by certified medical professionals.
Beyond the police, Zenzo is teaming up with cab drivers, food delivery agents, corporates, NGOs, and hospitals. The goal: create a unified emergency response system.
Flat Pricing, Fast Access
Zenzo has introduced a ‘One Nation One Pricing’ model. Anyone in India can now access ambulance services by dialling 1800 102 1298, with standardised pricing across the country.
Why It Matters
In 2024 alone, Delhi saw 5,834 road accidents and 1,457 deaths. India, on the whole, records 1.5 lakh road deaths every year.
Roughly 30% of these deaths are linked to delays in medical help. Zenzo wants to fix that—with speed, tech, and trained people on the ground.
