Chandak Group, a prominent Mumbai-based real estate developer with over 35 years of experience, has achieved a major milestone by delivering more than 2,100 homes in 2024. This includes over 600 slum rehabilitation homes, highlighting the group’s dedication to social transformation through impactful development.

Building on this success, Chandak Group aims to deliver 2,400+ homes in 2025. With more than 12 million sq. ft. of developed space and over 30 completed projects, the group continues to contribute significantly to Mumbai’s growth and development.

The group offers a diverse range of properties, including premium residential, retail, and commercial projects, in prime locations such as Worli, Wadala, Chembur, Vile Parle, Juhu, Andheri, Goregaon, Malad, Kandivali, Borivali, Mulund, and Dahisar. These properties are designed to foster vibrant, thriving communities. The group’s focus is not just on building structures, but on creating neighborhoods.

“We never imagined we would own a home, but this has truly changed our lives,” shared Mr. Patil, a resident from the Slum Rehabilitation Authority project in Chembur. “Before, we had to wake up at 4 a.m. to fetch water and use public toilets. Now, all that is behind us,” he added. The SRA project at Chembur is one of many transformative initiatives by Chandak Group, turning former slum areas into well-planned, modern housing societies. Residents now enjoy improved living conditions with individual toilets, reliable water supply, electricity, lifts, and enhanced safety for women and children.

Chandak Group is currently working on 10 ongoing projects, a mix of residential and commercial developments. The group also has over 10 million sq. ft. of construction planned in high-demand areas like Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Kalina, Vile Parle, and Borivali.

Chandak Group’s unwavering focus on “Excellence in Delivery” has been key to their success, enabling them to create homes for over 10,000 families. Their dedication to keeping promises has earned them a solid reputation, reflected in their tagline: “Promises Made. Promises Kept.”
