InsuranceDekho, India’s fastest-growing insurtech platform, has achieved a 92% expansion in its agent partner network, now covering 99% of the country’s pin codes. In just one year, the company onboarded over 95,000 new agent partners, bringing the total to 2.2 lakh as of December 2024.
This rapid growth focuses on Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, with 86% of agents operating in these regions. The company has also made strides in remote areas like Lahaul-Spiti in Himachal Pradesh and Serchhip in Mizoram, demonstrating its mission to bridge the insurance gap in India.
InsuranceDekho aims to reach six lakh villages, creating jobs and enhancing financial inclusion. Its tech-driven platform offers over 720 insurance plans from 49 insurers, providing diverse options for customers. The company’s annual premium run rate nearly doubled to INR 3,300 crore by March 2024.
