LCC Projects Limited, an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company with expertise in water and irrigation infrastructure, is set to enter the capital market with its upcoming initial public offering (IPO). The company has fixed a price band of ₹139 to ₹146 per equity share for the public issue, which is expected to raise approximately ₹427 crore at the upper end of the price band.
The IPO will open for subscription on September 9, 2026, and close on September 11, 2026. Bidding for anchor investors is scheduled to take place on September 8. The company’s shares are proposed to be listed on both the BSE and NSE, with the listing scheduled for September 17, 2026.
The public issue comprises a fresh issue of up to ₹258 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 1,15,85,000 equity shares. Based on the price band, the total issue size is estimated at around ₹419 crore at the lower end and approximately ₹427 crore at the upper end.
While LCC Projects operates in the construction and infrastructure space, its business extends beyond conventional construction activities. The company is an EPC player with a focus on complex infrastructure projects in the irrigation and water supply segments. Its experience covers the execution of projects involving dams, barrages, weirs, canals and other water-related infrastructure.
With more than two decades of experience in the sector, LCC Projects has developed capabilities across various stages of project execution. Its portfolio includes pipe distribution networks, lift irrigation systems and water supply schemes, reflecting the company’s presence in areas that are closely linked to India’s growing requirements for water management and irrigation infrastructure.
The company’s expertise in water-related projects comes at a time when infrastructure development, efficient water distribution and irrigation remain important areas of focus. Projects involving dams, canals and water supply systems require specialised engineering capabilities and coordinated execution, making EPC companies an important part of the infrastructure development ecosystem.
The fresh issue proceeds from the IPO will be utilised towards the purchase of equipment and for general corporate purposes. Investment in equipment is expected to support the company’s operational capabilities as it continues to undertake projects across its areas of expertise.
The offer for sale component, meanwhile, will involve existing shareholders offering up to 1,15,85,000 equity shares. Unlike the fresh issue portion, proceeds from the OFS will go to the selling shareholders.
The proposed IPO marks an important step for LCC Projects as it seeks to establish a presence in the listed capital market. The company’s more than two decades of experience in dams, canals, irrigation systems and water supply projects forms the foundation of its business as it looks to participate in India’s expanding infrastructure landscape.
With the IPO scheduled to open on September 9, investors will be able to participate in the issue within the price band of ₹139 to ₹146 per equity share. The company’s shares are expected to make their debut on the BSE and NSE on September 17, 2026.
