Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the first edition of the SOUL Leadership Conclave on Friday 21 February at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. The event aims to bring together leaders from diverse fields, including politics, sports, arts, media, spirituality, business, public policy, and the social sector, to share insights on leadership and inspire the next generation. Bhutan’s Prime Minister Dasho Tshering Tobgay will deliver the keynote address as the Guest of Honour.

The two-day conclave, running from 21 to 22 February, is designed to foster collaboration and thought leadership. Discussions will revolve around the challenges and successes of leadership, offering valuable lessons to young aspirants. By learning from real-world experiences, participants will gain a deeper understanding of leadership dynamics in different domains.
At the heart of this initiative is the School of Ultimate Leadership (SOUL), an upcoming institution in Gujarat dedicated to nurturing authentic leaders committed to public service. SOUL aims to reshape the landscape of political and public leadership in India by focusing on merit, dedication, and a passion for service rather than political lineage. The institution seeks to equip future leaders with the skills and expertise needed to navigate the complexities of modern governance and societal progress.
By establishing a structured platform for leadership training, SOUL envisions a future where leadership is defined by capability and integrity. The conclave marks a significant step towards building a new generation of leaders who can drive meaningful change and public good.
