American Express Banking Corp., India and the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) have announced a strategic partnership to provide exclusive cultural experiences to eligible American Express India Card Members. The collaboration aims to bring together art, entertainment, hospitality and premium experiences under one platform.

As part of the partnership, American Express will become the Preferred Payments Partner of NMACC, allowing card members to enjoy special benefits including pre-sale access to selected performances, complimentary access to select cultural programmes, exclusive dining experiences and premium services.

The partnership is expected to create new opportunities for audiences to engage with India’s rich cultural heritage while experiencing world-class performances and events at NMACC.

Sanjay Khanna, CEO and Country Manager, American Express India, said that India’s artistic and cultural legacy holds a unique position globally. He added that NMACC has built a platform that showcases Indian traditions and creativity while also introducing international cultural experiences to Indian audiences.

“India’s artistic and cultural heritage is extraordinary. NMACC has created a remarkable platform that showcases this heritage to the world while also bringing global experiences to India,” Khanna said.

The collaboration reflects the growing demand for premium lifestyle experiences among audiences who are looking beyond traditional benefits and seeking access to exclusive cultural and entertainment opportunities.

Devendra Bharma, CEO of Jio World Centre, said the partnership aligns with the vision of promoting India’s artistic heritage and encouraging cultural exchange between India and the world.

According to the organisations, the association will focus on creating memorable experiences for audiences by combining American Express’ premium services with NMACC’s diverse range of cultural offerings.

Located in Mumbai, NMACC has emerged as a major destination for art, theatre, music, fashion and cultural programmes, featuring performances by Indian and international artists. The centre aims to preserve and promote Indian art forms while providing a global platform for creative expression.

Through this partnership, American Express card members will gain access to curated experiences that go beyond regular entertainment offerings. The initiative is expected to strengthen the connection between audiences and cultural programmes by making premium access more personalised and exclusive.

The collaboration between NMACC and American Express highlights the increasing role of partnerships in creating unique lifestyle experiences that combine culture, entertainment and hospitality. Both organisations aim to continue building opportunities that celebrate creativity, innovation and India’s cultural identity on a global stage.
