ESDS Software Solution Limited is set to enter the public market with its initial public offering (IPO), positioning itself as a key player in India’s growing artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing and data centre infrastructure sector.
The company’s IPO will open on August 28, 2026, and close on September 1, 2026. The price band has been fixed between ₹408 and ₹429 per equity share, with investors allowed to bid for a minimum lot size of 34 shares.
Founded in 2005, ESDS provides AI-powered cloud services, managed services, data centre solutions and enterprise software platforms. The company has built its presence by helping businesses adopt digital infrastructure and cloud-based technologies.
According to company details, ESDS reported operational revenue of ₹4,722.10 million in FY2026 and served more than 2,501 customers across different sectors. Its offerings include cloud hosting, data centre infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions and technology services designed to support businesses moving towards digital transformation.
A major highlight of ESDS’s growth strategy is its focus on artificial intelligence infrastructure. The company has entered into a strategic agreement worth around US$1.25 billion with an Australia-based AI company to develop a dedicated AI infrastructure cluster.
The planned infrastructure will include around 8,208 NVIDIA B300 GPUs, which are designed to support high-performance AI computing requirements. The development comes at a time when demand for AI processing power is increasing globally, driven by the rapid adoption of generative AI, automation and data-driven technologies.
The company believes its AI and cloud capabilities can help it benefit from the growing demand for advanced computing infrastructure in India and international markets. With businesses increasingly shifting towards cloud platforms and AI-based solutions, data centres have become a crucial part of the digital economy.
The IPO is expected to attract attention from investors looking to gain exposure to India’s expanding technology infrastructure sector. The growing adoption of AI applications, cloud services and digital platforms has created new opportunities for companies providing the necessary backend infrastructure.
Market experts believe that companies operating in the AI and cloud ecosystem could play an important role in supporting India’s digital growth story. However, investors will also evaluate factors such as financial performance, competition, market demand and long-term growth potential before making investment decisions.
With its upcoming IPO, ESDS aims to strengthen its position in the AI and cloud infrastructure market while raising funds to support future expansion plans. The listing will mark an important milestone for the company as it looks to participate in the next phase of India’s technology transformation.
As artificial intelligence continues to reshape industries, ESDS’s public offering highlights the increasing importance of companies building the infrastructure behind the AI revolution.
