Director Aditya Dhar on the film’s vision: “Dhurandhar isn’t just a film—it’s a raw, visceral truth pulled from a deeply personal core. It is a tribute to the silent architects of our world, whose monumental work often goes unnoticed. My lens on national duty rejects easy jingoism; it honours the grit, pain, and true sacrifice of service. This project is the most ambitious and personal film of my career. It was built on an uncompromising vision, realized with the unwavering support of Jyoti Deshpande, Jio Studios, and the tireless effort of the B62 Studios team. My deepest gratitude goes to the entire cast and crew, and now we hand this truth over to the audience.”
Jyoti Deshpande, Producer & President, Jio Studios: “Dhurandhar is raw, real, and purpose-driven. Aditya Dhar’s unique storytelling vision, combined with this stellar cast and expert technicians, has created a cinematic experience that is nothing short of magical. Ranveer Singh: “We wanted to create a feature on par with any film in the world. It’s raw, gritty, and unapologetically Indian. Collaborating with Aditya Dhar and the incredible team has been a once-in-a-lifetime experience.”
R. Madhavan: “I play Ajay Sanyal, the strategist. This isn’t traditional heroism; it’s minimalistic, effective intensity when stakes are absolute.”
Arjun Rampal: “My role as Major Iqbal explores a moral grey area. This story ensures every character leaves an impact.”
Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, and Sara Arjun also shared insights on their complex roles, adding depth to this all-star multi-starrer.
