As the release date approaches, Heer Express continues to win hearts with its wholesome, family-oriented storytelling and vibrant music. Following the success of the romantic ballad Ve Ranjhana and the lively wedding track Dore Dore, the makers have now launched a heartwarming new song, I Love My India, just in time for Independence Day celebrations.
Shot against the picturesque backdrop of London, I Love My India captures the spirit of love for the motherland through the journey of Heer as she navigates life abroad. Sung by the soulful Javed Ali and the dynamic Nikhita Gandhi, with lyrics by Shloke Lal and music by hit composer Tanishk Bagchi, the track blends global beats with desi emotion, making it a perfect cross-border celebration of identity and pride.
Speaking about the track, Javed Ali said, “It’s not a conventional patriotic song, but it fills you with pride and joy. The composition is vibrant, fun, and deeply heartfelt.” Nikhita Gandhi added, “The energy of the song is infectious. It celebrates belonging and roots while making you want to sing and dance along.”
Directed by Umesh Shukla, Heer Express stars debutant Divita Juneja, Pritt Kamani, and industry veterans Ashutosh Rana, Gulshan Grover, Sanjay Mishra, and Meghna Malik. The film is produced by Tulip Entertainment, Merry Go Round Studios, and Creative Strokes Group, with Umesh Shukla, Ashish Wagh, Mohit Chhabra, and Sanjay Grover as producers, and Sampada Wagh as co-producer.
