India’s real estate sector is witnessing a major digital transformation, and Artificial Intelligence is rapidly becoming the centre of this change. Leading this shift is Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited, which has partnered with Salesforce to introduce AI-powered customer engagement solutions across its projects.
The collaboration marks a significant step towards smarter, faster and more personalised real estate services in India. By integrating Salesforce’s advanced Agentforce platform into its operations, Tata Realty has dramatically improved customer response systems while strengthening its digital ecosystem.
The announcement was made during a press conference attended by senior industry leaders including Arundhati Bhattacharya, Sanjay Dutt and Mankiran Chauhan.
Under the new AI-enabled system, Tata Realty can now manage thousands of customer conversations simultaneously through multiple digital channels. The platform combines communication systems such as WhatsApp, SMS and email into one unified customer service ecosystem, allowing homebuyers to receive quicker and more accurate responses.
One of the biggest improvements has been the sharp reduction in response time. Earlier, customers often had to wait several days for updates or query resolutions. With the AI-powered transformation, the average turnaround time has now come down to nearly eight hours.
According to company representatives, the impact of the new system is visible not only in customer satisfaction but also in overall business performance. Tata Realty has reportedly seen a 10 percent increase in conversion rates and a 30 percent improvement in lead quality after adopting the platform. The company has also recorded email open rates between 50 and 60 percent, indicating stronger customer engagement.
Speaking about the transformation, Arundhati Bhattacharya said the success of any technology ultimately depends on whether it improves customer experience. In Tata Realty’s case, she noted that the results have been clearly positive, with customers now receiving responses within hours instead of days.
The use of Artificial Intelligence in Indian real estate is becoming increasingly important as homebuyers expect quicker communication, better transparency and personalised interactions. Developers are now investing heavily in digital tools to improve customer journeys from enquiry to final purchase.
Industry experts believe AI will soon become an essential part of property sales, customer support and project management across the sector. Automated communication systems, smart data analysis and predictive customer insights are helping companies make faster decisions while improving operational efficiency.
The partnership between Tata Realty and Salesforce also reflects a larger trend in India’s property market, where technology is no longer limited to marketing alone. AI-driven systems are now shaping customer relationships, sales performance and long-term business growth.
With rising competition in the housing sector, developers are increasingly focusing on digital convenience and personalised engagement to attract modern buyers. Faster response systems and real-time assistance are becoming critical in improving trust and customer satisfaction.
As India’s real estate industry moves towards a more technology-driven future, Tata Realty’s AI-powered transformation could become an important example of how digital innovation is redefining customer service in the sector.
