Walk, Run, or Cycle—Raise Funds for Animal Welfare
A new initiative, Kilometers to Kindness (KToK), is merging fitness with compassion. Participants can walk, run, or cycle 100 kilometers to raise funds for stray animals.
For every completed 100 km, a sponsor donates ₹10,000 to animal welfare. Meghna Rai, the creator of KToK, says she wanted to help strays while promoting fitness. The idea came to her while walking on a treadmill.
Corporate Sponsorships and Gifting the Challenge
Companies can join by sponsoring employees for the challenge. This promotes workplace wellness while supporting a cause. Participants can track their distance using any smartphone app or speedometer.
Once they complete 100 km, KToK verifies the data and requests the sponsor to donate ₹10,000. People can also gift the challenge to loved ones, encouraging them to take part in fitness while contributing to animal welfare.
With every step, Kilometers to Kindness turns movement into meaningful impact.
