Acevector Limited is set to launch its initial public offering (IPO) on September 25, 2026. The company has fixed the IPO price band at ₹30 to ₹32 per equity share.

The IPO will remain open for investors until September 29. Anchor investors will be able to participate in the bidding process from September 24.

Acevector operates in the e-commerce and marketplace space. The company plans to use the IPO to support the next phase of its business growth.

Fresh Issue and OFS

The IPO will include a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to ₹287 crore. The issue will also have an Offer for Sale (OFS).

Existing shareholders will offer up to 4,15,62,500 equity shares through the OFS portion.

The minimum bid size has been fixed at 468 equity shares. Investors can place further bids in multiples of 468 shares.

At the upper price band of ₹32, the minimum investment would amount to ₹14,976. This makes the IPO accessible to investors who meet the applicable eligibility and investment requirements.

Focus on Marketplace Growth

A major part of the fresh issue proceeds will support Acevector’s marketplace business.

The company plans to spend funds on marketing and business promotion. These activities are aimed at supporting the growth and visibility of its marketplace operations.

Acevector will also use part of the proceeds for technology infrastructure-related expenses. As e-commerce businesses expand, technology infrastructure remains an important part of their operations.

The company has also earmarked funds for inorganic growth through acquisitions. This could support its plans to expand through strategic business opportunities.

The remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

E-Commerce Sector in Focus

The Acevector IPO comes as India’s digital commerce ecosystem continues to develop. Online marketplaces have become an important part of the country’s retail landscape.

For marketplace companies, technology, customer reach and marketing remain key areas of investment. Acevector’s proposed use of IPO proceeds reflects this focus.

The planned investment in technology infrastructure could help support the company’s digital operations. Marketing expenditure could also help the company strengthen its presence in the marketplace segment.
