Kotak Mahindra Bank reported a robust 21% year-on-year (YoY) jump in its consolidated profit after tax (PAT) for FY25, reaching ₹22,126 crore. The increase includes a ₹3,013 crore gain from the divestment of Kotak General Insurance (KGI). Even after excluding the KGI gain, consolidated PAT stood at ₹19,113 crore, marking a 5% rise over FY24. For the fourth quarter of FY25, PAT came in at ₹4,933 crore.
