A tragic accident claimed the lives of three Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel in Jammu and Kashmir’s Udhampur district. The incident occurred around 10:30 am on Thursday in the Kadwa area, near Basantgarh. A bunker vehicle carrying 23 jawans from the 187th battalion overturned and fell into a deep gorge while returning from an operation. Sixteen personnel sustained injuries. Police and local residents swiftly launched a rescue operation. The injured were rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.
