Mumbai (Anil Bedag): B-RIGHT Real Estate Group has unveiled its Vision 2033, outlining a roadmap aimed at giving a new direction to redevelopment in Mumbai’s real estate sector. Under the plan, the group has set a target to develop approximately 4.7 lakh sq. ft. of real estate in Mumbai by 2033. The company’s future expansion strategy will remain focused on Mumbai, with redevelopment and SRA projects identified as the key pillars of its growth.

Established in 2007, B-RIGHT has made financial discipline, strong governance, transparency, technology and community-centric development key priorities of its long-term vision. Through Vision 2033, the group has outlined its approach towards redevelopment while reiterating its focus on long-term and community-focused urban development.

Group Founder, Chairman and Managing Director Sanjay Nathalal Shah said, “Redevelopment is not merely about replacing old buildings with new construction; it is about creating safer homes, stronger communities and better neighbourhoods.” His statement reflects the group’s focus on redevelopment as an approach that extends beyond construction and addresses the broader needs of communities and neighbourhoods.

Meanwhile, Sanjay Nathalal Shah’s son Rudra Shah is taking on an increasingly significant role in the business. His primary focus is on project execution and technology, areas that form an important part of the group’s approach as it works towards its Vision 2033 roadmap.

The group’s upcoming projects include Grandeur in Mulund West, Shivaji Nagar in Borivali West, Sky 54 in Malad East, Ultra City in Goregaon West and Godavari in Chembur. These developments are part of B-RIGHT’s continued focus on redevelopment and SRA projects within Mumbai.

Among the upcoming projects, Sky 54 is a major SRA project spread across approximately 6.5 lakh sq. ft. The project represents an important part of the group’s future development plans and highlights the role of SRA projects in B-RIGHT’s growth strategy.

B-RIGHT’s Vision 2033 is centred on maintaining a Mumbai-focused expansion strategy. The group has identified redevelopment and SRA projects as the key pillars of this strategy, with its upcoming developments located across different parts of the city.

The company has also placed emphasis on financial discipline, governance, transparency and technology as part of its broader approach to growth. Alongside these priorities, community-centric development remains an important element of its vision for Mumbai’s urban landscape.

Through Vision 2033, B-RIGHT has reiterated its commitment to long-term, sustainable and community-focused urban development in Mumbai. The roadmap brings together the group’s planned developments, its focus on redevelopment and SRA projects, and its stated priorities of governance, technology, transparency and community-centric development.

With its future expansion remaining focused on Mumbai, B-RIGHT aims to continue its development journey through projects that form part of its long-term Vision 2033 roadmap. The group’s upcoming projects in Mulund West, Borivali West, Malad East, Goregaon West and Chembur will form part of this planned growth.

Vision 2033 therefore marks B-RIGHT’s stated roadmap for its future growth in Mumbai, with redevelopment and SRA projects continuing to remain at the centre of its strategy.
