Build Capital, an early-stage financing firm in the real estate sector, has appointed Rajendra Mirashie as an Independent Advisor. With a career spanning over 30 years, he brings expertise in finance, banking, and corporate real estate.

A Law and Management graduate, Mr Mirashie held leadership roles at Piramal Finance, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Tata Finance, and Gruh Finance Ltd. He managed corporate real estate portfolios exceeding ₹1 lakh crore. He also led India’s largest residential foreign investment initiative worth ₹1,700 crore. Additionally, he advised cooperative banks and Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) on asset management and strategic growth.

On his appointment, Mr Mirashie stated: “I am honoured to join Build Capital as an Independent Advisor. India’s early-stage real estate financing sector is expanding. The company’s vision aligns with my commitment to financial innovation and sustainable growth. I look forward to working with the team to drive strategic initiatives.”
