The Marathi film industry has always been known for presenting meaningful cinema with unique storytelling, and now another intriguing film is set to captivate audiences. The teaser of the upcoming Marathi psychological thriller Drushya-Adrushya has finally been released, instantly grabbing attention for its mysterious concept, suspense-driven narrative and thought-provoking questions about truth and illusion.
Set to release across Maharashtra on June 19, 2026, Drushya-Adrushya explores a deeply psychological theme that challenges viewers to question whether what they see is actually real or merely a creation of the mind. The film attempts to blur the line between illusion and reality while keeping audiences constantly engaged through suspense and emotional tension.
Even before the teaser launch, the film had already created a strong buzz after being showcased at the 56th International Film Festival of India. Its selection at the prestigious festival brought the film into the spotlight and generated curiosity among cinema lovers and critics alike. Now, with the teaser officially unveiled, excitement around the film has increased significantly.
Produced under the banner of RST Canvas, the film is backed by producers Pradhyot Pendharkar, Anil Varkhade, Dattaji Thorat, Dhananjay Thorat, Prithviraj Khedkar, Yuvraj Khedkar and Ashwini Khedkar. The film is directed by acclaimed filmmaker Milind Lele, who is known for creating impactful and emotionally engaging films. Apart from directing, Milind Lele has also written the story and screenplay, while the dialogues are penned by Asmita Kulkarni.
