Kia India has unveiled the revamped EV6 at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, marking a significant milestone in the brand’s electric vehicle journey. Bookings for the new EV6 are now open, offering customers an upgraded driving experience with a focus on safety, performance, and innovative design.
The latest EV6 is equipped with the ADAS 2.0 package, featuring 27 advanced safety and driver assistance functions, including five new autonomous features. These enhancements include Front Collision Avoidance (FCA) for various scenarios, Lane Change Assist, and Evasive Steering, ensuring a safer and more confident driving experience. With a range exceeding 650 km on a single charge, the EV6 continues to set new standards in electric mobility, combining power and efficiency seamlessly.
Kia’s new EV6 also boasts significant design updates. The exterior now features a sportier and more aggressive front end, with signature Star Map lighting, a GT-Line styling bumper, and 19-inch glossy alloy wheels. Inside, the cabin has been refined for a more luxurious and spacious feel, incorporating a double D-cut steering wheel and advanced infotainment systems. The 84-kWh battery, delivering 325 PS and 605 Nm of torque, offers a thrilling driving experience, with the ability to charge from 10% to 80% in just 18 minutes using a 350-kW fast charger.
Kia India’s showcase at the expo also includes the flagship EV9, a testament to the brand’s innovation and commitment to sustainable transportation. Powered by a 99.8 kWh battery, the EV9 offers a range of up to 561 km and features ultra-fast charging capabilities. Its advanced technologies, including Kia Connect 2.0 and Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) functionality, highlight Kia’s leadership in connected mobility.
In addition to the EV6 and EV9, Kia India presented an immersive display of its cutting-edge technologies, including the E-Vision concept and the Syros. These exhibits underline Kia’s dedication to pushing the boundaries of automotive excellence, aligning with India’s vision for a sustainable future.
