Livpure has announced the launch of a new retail concept called Livpure Studios, marking a significant step in the company’s offline expansion strategy. Designed as compact, experience-driven stores, the new format aims to give consumers a hands-on understanding of Livpure’s wellness and home technology products before making a purchase.
The company plans to open 17 Livpure Studios between June and July 2026 across several states, including Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana, Karnataka, Maharashtra, West Bengal and Odisha. The first studio has opened in Ropar, Punjab.
Built within a footprint of less than 350 square feet, the studios are designed to offer an immersive shopping experience. Consumers can explore Livpure’s range of water purifiers, kitchen appliances and air solutions through live demonstrations and personalised guidance from trained product specialists.
The initiative reflects the growing demand among consumers for informed purchasing decisions, particularly in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Rather than relying solely on online product descriptions or advertisements, customers can now interact directly with products and better understand their features and benefits before buying.
According to Livpure, each studio has been designed to maintain a consistent brand experience while also addressing the needs of local markets. The company believes that increasing physical touchpoints will help improve accessibility and strengthen customer confidence in wellness-focused home solutions.
Speaking about the launch, Rakesh Kaul, Managing Director of Livpure, said that the new retail format represents an important evolution in the company’s consumer engagement strategy. He noted that products such as water purifiers, kitchen appliances and air solutions are becoming increasingly important in modern households, making it essential for consumers to understand how these products contribute to their overall well-being.
The Livpure Studios showcase several of the company’s latest offerings, including AIoT-enabled solutions, maintenance-free water purifiers, water purifiers featuring extended filter life technology, voice-enabled kitchen chimneys and a range of smart and energy-efficient appliances. Product specialists at the stores provide demonstrations and answer consumer queries, helping shoppers make confident decisions based on their individual requirements.
The launch of the studios forms part of Livpure’s broader retail growth plans. The company has set a target of opening 75 outlets across key markets during the next financial year. The studio format is expected to play a central role in increasing brand visibility and strengthening customer relationships in emerging markets where demand for wellness and smart home solutions continues to grow.
For more than a decade, Livpure has built a strong presence in the Indian market through its portfolio of water purification systems, home appliances, mattresses, sleep accessories and smart home products. The company serves more than one million customers across the country and is supported by a nationwide distribution network and over 1,000 certified service engineers.
With the introduction of Livpure Studios, the company is seeking to bridge the gap between technology and consumer experience, offering a retail environment where customers can explore products first-hand and make more informed choices for their homes.
