Pay10, a leading alternative payments provider, has announced the launch of ‘Pay10 World’, a new platform designed to simplify cross-border transactions for Indian businesses. Introduced alongside its campaign “No Borders. Just Business.”, the platform aims to streamline the cash flow cycle and enable businesses to expand globally with greater ease and efficiency.
The launch comes after Pay10 received full authorisation under the Reserve Bank of India’s Payment Aggregator – Cross Border (PA-CB) framework. This approval allows the company to offer compliant cross-border payment services across both export and import transactions, strengthening its position in India’s fast-growing fintech ecosystem.
Pay10 World enables Indian businesses to accept international payments through a unified platform that supports multiple global currencies. While customers can pay in their local currencies, businesses in India receive settlements in INR, ensuring convenience and predictability. The platform also integrates with India’s real-time payments ecosystem and automates compliance processes, including the generation of Foreign Inward Remittance Advice, making transactions smoother and more efficient.
The accompanying campaign, “No Borders. Just Business.”, uses relatable, everyday situations to highlight the challenges businesses face in cross-border transactions. Through a series of light-hearted films, the campaign showcases issues such as slow processes and complex verification steps, presenting Pay10 World as a modern solution that simplifies global payments for exporters.
In addition to supporting exports, Pay10 World also addresses the needs of businesses involved in imports. It enables Indian companies to pay international merchants directly in INR, while the platform manages compliant settlements in foreign currencies. This reduces complexity, improves transparency and provides a more seamless experience for businesses engaged in global trade.
Prabhpreet Singh Gill, Founder and Chairman of Pay10, said the platform reflects the need for financial systems to evolve with a rapidly changing global economy. He emphasised that Pay10 World is built to create seamless connections between markets while ensuring regulatory alignment and interoperability. He also highlighted that the initiative aligns with India’s Vision 2030, which aims to strengthen the country’s position in the global fintech space.
Dr Atul Mehta, CEO of Pay10 India, stated that the platform is focused on improving reliability and control in cross-border transactions. He added that as more Indian businesses expand internationally, there is a growing need for payment systems that simplify settlements and compliance, enabling companies to operate with confidence in global markets.
Founded in 2017, Pay10 India is a regulated payments platform operating under multiple licences from the Reserve Bank of India. The company focuses on delivering secure, simple and dependable digital payment solutions for businesses and individuals. With the launch of Pay10 World, Pay10 aims to further strengthen its role in enabling Indian businesses to participate in global commerce more effectively.
