Varmora Granito Limited is set to enter the primary market with its Initial Public Offering (IPO), with the issue scheduled to open on Tuesday, September 22, 2026. The company has fixed the price band at ₹140 to ₹148 per equity share, giving investors an opportunity to participate in the public issue ahead of its proposed listing on the stock exchanges.

The IPO will remain open for subscription until September 24, 2026. Before the issue opens for public bidding, the company will offer shares to anchor investors on September 21.

Minimum Bid of 101 Shares

Investors participating in the Varmora Granito IPO will be required to bid for a minimum of 101 equity shares. After the initial lot, investors can place bids in multiples of 101 shares.

At the upper price band of ₹148 per share, the minimum investment for one lot would amount to ₹14,948. At the lower price band of ₹140, the minimum bid value would be ₹14,140, excluding applicable charges.

The company is offering its shares through the Book Building Process, under which the final issue price is determined based on investor demand within the announced price band.

Fresh Issue and OFS

The proposed IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹3,200 crore. Funds raised through the fresh issue will form part of the company’s capital raised through the public offering.

In addition to the fresh issue, the IPO includes an Offer for Sale, or OFS, of up to 2,62,17,634 equity shares by Cutsura Investments.

In an OFS, existing shareholders sell their shares as part of the public offering. The proceeds from such shares generally go to the selling shareholder rather than to the company.

Proposed BSE and NSE Listing

Following the IPO, Varmora Granito’s equity shares are proposed to be listed on both the BSE and NSE. The NSE has been designated as the designated stock exchange for the issue.

The proposed listing will provide investors with a market through which the company’s shares can be traded after the completion of the IPO and the listing process.

For investors, the IPO calendar provides several important dates to keep in mind. Anchor investor bidding is scheduled for September 21, followed by the opening of the public issue on September 22. The subscription window will close on September 24.

Investors Await Market Debut

The IPO comes as Varmora Granito prepares to take its equity shares to the public market. Investors considering the issue will typically examine factors such as the company’s financial performance, valuation, business prospects, use of funds and the risks associated with the investment before making a decision.

The ₹140–148 price band, minimum lot size of 101 shares, ₹3,200 crore fresh issue and the additional OFS component are among the key details investors will be watching as the subscription period approaches.

With the proposed listing on both BSE and NSE, the IPO marks an important step in Varmora Granito’s journey in the capital markets. The company will now enter the subscription phase, with investors able to place their bids during the three-day issue period from September 22 to September 24, 2026.
