Cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal has landed in an unexpected ‘opening’ role, thanks to Baba Nirala from Aashram. In a humorous crossover, Chahal appears in a promotional video for Aashram Season 3 Part 2 on Amazon MX Player.
Dressed in full cricket gear, Chahal approaches Baba Nirala, seeking his lifelong dream—to be an opening batsman. Baba grants his wish with a firm “Tathastu!” But instead of leading an innings, Chahal ends up opening bottles, tiffins, and even jammed doors. Realising his fate, he sighs, “Accha opener bana diya Baba.”
Speaking about the crossover, Chahal shared, “I’ve always joked about being an opener. With Baba Nirala’s blessings, let’s see what happens next.”
