For Mumbai homebuyers, the search for a home is often about more than four walls and amenities. Location matters. So does the time it takes to reach work, family and the places that are part of everyday life.
Srishti Group is building its latest campaign around that idea.
The real estate developer has launched “The House of Pride”, with the proposition “Get More Life. Less Rush.” The campaign brings together two of its residential developments, Craft de Srishti in Nahur (West) and Srishti Oasis in Bhandup (West).
Both projects are positioned along the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road (GMLR) corridor. The campaign uses this connectivity as a central part of its message, linking a well-connected home with a more convenient urban lifestyle.
In a city where daily travel can consume a large part of the day, the campaign puts an unusual value on something simple: time.
The idea is straightforward. Less time spent dealing with daily travel can mean more time for family, personal goals, interests and experiences. For Srishti Group, this is an important part of what premium living can mean today.
The campaign also takes a broader view of the premium home. Traditionally, the idea has often been associated with size, specifications and amenities. “The House of Pride” looks beyond these physical features and focuses on the experience associated with an address.
GMLR is central to this approach. The east-west corridor connects Mumbai’s eastern and western suburbs and provides access to important residential, commercial and employment destinations. Srishti Group is positioning this connectivity as an advantage for homebuyers looking for greater convenience in their everyday lives.
Commenting on the campaign, Karan Villaitramani, Director, Srishti Group, said, “The House of Pride reflects our belief that the value of a premium home is no longer defined only by its size, specifications or amenities. Increasingly, it is also about the quality of life that an address enables. With GMLR strengthening east-west connectivity, our focus is on offering homebuyers addresses that help reduce the everyday rush and give them more time for family, aspirations and experiences. Through Craft de Srishti and Srishti Oasis, we are bringing together connectivity, thoughtful planning and contemporary living to create homes that complement the way modern Mumbai families live today.”
At Craft de Srishti, buyers can choose between 2 BHK and 3 BHK residences. The 2 BHK residences are priced at ₹1.86 crore, all inclusive, while the 3 BHK residences are priced at ₹2.74 crore, all inclusive. Eligible buyers can also avail themselves of a 24-month Holiday EMI offer from a PSU bank, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
Srishti Oasis offers a wider range of configurations. The project has 1 BHK homes starting at ₹1.08 crore, 2 BHK homes at ₹1.59 crore and 3 BHK homes at ₹2.04 crore, all inclusive. Eligible buyers can benefit from a 12-month Holiday EMI offer from a PSU bank, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
Together, the two developments form the foundation of the new campaign. Their positioning combines residential spaces with connectivity, contemporary amenities and lifestyle convenience.
For homebuyers, however, the larger message is about how a location fits into everyday life.
A home is not simply an address on a map. It can influence how people spend their mornings, how quickly they reach work and how much time remains at the end of the day.
That is where “Get More Life. Less Rush.” finds its focus.
The campaign connects connectivity with something more personal than travel time. It connects it with moments that happen outside the commute. Time with family. Time for aspirations. Time to pursue interests. Time to simply slow down.
This approach reflects the changing expectations around premium housing in Mumbai. Homebuyers consider several factors when choosing a property, including location, accessibility, lifestyle features and the convenience associated with an address.
Srishti Group brings 35 years of experience to this market. The Group has completed more than 25 projects and delivered over 5 million sq. ft. of space.
With “The House of Pride – Get More Life. Less Rush.”, Srishti Group is placing time and connectivity at the centre of its premium housing proposition.
In a city that is always moving, the campaign makes a simple point: sometimes, luxury is not about having more things. It is about having more time to enjoy them.
