Bharti Airtel has launched a brand new plan that will make life a lot easier for people who often travel abroad. With this recharge, users can stay connected not just in India but in 189 other countries too. And the best part? It covers calling, data, and even in-flight internet.
This international roaming plan, priced at Rs 4,000, comes with a long 365-day validity. It offers 5GB of international data and 100 minutes for both incoming and outgoing calls while users are overseas. If you are flying, there is something extra as well: 250MB of in-flight data to keep you connected mid-air. Just a heads-up, though, the in-flight internet will only work on certain airlines.
Unlimited calling in India too
Now, if you are thinking this plan is only about international travel, that is not the case. Airtel is also offering unlimited domestic calls, free national roaming, and 1.5GB of high-speed data every single day for a full year. On top of that, users will get 100 free SMS each day.
Clearly, this plan is perfect for frequent flyers who do not want the headache of managing different SIMs or looking for Wi-Fi in a new country.
New plans for data lovers and cricket fans
Alongside this, Airtel has also come out with a new Rs 451 plan. It gives users 50GB of data and a free three-month subscription to Disney+ Hotstar. This plan is valid for 30 days and is designed especially with cricket fans in mind, riding on the excitement of the IPL season.
Earlier, Airtel had introduced two other data vouchers priced at Rs 100 and Rs 195. The Rs 100 pack offers 5GB of data plus a one-month Disney+ Hotstar Mobile subscription, while the Rs 195 pack gives 15GB of data and a three-month Hotstar Mobile subscription.
With these new plans, Airtel is clearly trying to offer more flexibility and value, whether you are travelling the world or just streaming your favourite matches at home.
