Turkish Airlines concluded the India leg of its 13th Annual Global Bowling Tournament with spirited events in New Delhi and Mumbai. Akbar Travels emerged victorious, securing a spot in the Grand Finale in Istanbul on May 9–10, 2025.
Bowling for Bonds
The tournament, held at Smaaash, Aria Mall in Gurugram and Amoeba Sports Bar, Phoenix Market City in Mumbai, saw participation from 23 travel agencies. Akbar Travels clinched the top position with a total score of 867. The event fosters camaraderie among travel industry professionals and strengthens relationships with local business partners.
Global Competition
As part of a worldwide series spanning 80 countries and 167 cities, the Indian edition contributes to a global celebration of sportsmanship and teamwork. The Grand Finale in Istanbul will feature 237 finalists, with top-ranking agencies competing for exclusive prizes, including a luxurious getaway to Antalya.
