The makers of Aryabhatta Ka Zero have unveiled the official teaser of the much-awaited film, offering audiences an emotional glimpse into the inspiring journey of an ordinary young man determined to earn respect despite repeated setbacks. Starring Himansh Kohli in the lead role, the one-minute-and-ten-second teaser blends emotion, humour, romance and action, setting the stage for a story that celebrates resilience and self-belief.

The teaser opens with a television news bulletin that immediately grabs attention. The anchor says that people who suffer heartbreak often become drunkards, eccentrics or even killers, but in this case, heartbreak transformed a young lover into an IAS officer. The intriguing introduction quickly shifts focus to Himansh Kohli’s character, who dreams of becoming an IAS officer and District Magistrate. However, instead of receiving encouragement, he is met with a harsh slap from his father, marking the beginning of his emotional struggle.

As the teaser unfolds, viewers are introduced to a young man battling love, heartbreak, repeated failures, family expectations and social rejection. His journey reflects the challenges faced by many middle-class youngsters trying to prove themselves despite constant criticism and self-doubt.

Veteran actor Ravi Kishan makes a powerful impression with his trademark dialogue delivery. In one memorable scene, he humorously remarks that a man who attends his ex-girlfriend’s wedding just for the food never dies hungry because he eventually becomes shameless. In another emotional moment, after saying that everything happens for the best, Himansh Kohli’s character quietly replies that nothing ever works out in his favour. The exchange captures the emotional core of the film while highlighting the struggles of a young man searching for hope.

The teaser also offers glimpses of intense action sequences, heartfelt emotional moments and a touching romantic track titled Dil Farzi, which adds depth to the narrative. It concludes with Himansh Kohli delivering a powerful dialogue: “I’ve lived like the poor for far too long… Now I want respect.” The closing scene leaves viewers eager to discover how his journey unfolds.

In Aryabhatta Ka Zero, Himansh Kohli plays Brahmagupt Srivastava, affectionately known as Baggu, a 25-year-old middle-class youth who is often labelled a failure by society. Burdened by low self-confidence and repeated disappointments, Baggu struggles to find his place in the world. However, life’s challenges and his determination to stand by his family gradually transform him into a confident, resilient and hopeful individual. His inspiring journey turns an ordinary young man into someone capable of achieving extraordinary goals.

Sharing his thoughts about the film, Himansh Kohli said the character would strongly connect with today’s Gen Z audience. According to the actor, many young people face situations they are not responsible for, yet those circumstances continue to shape their lives. He added that the film explores the moment when a person decides to move forward despite failures, making it a relatable story filled with love, heartbreak, struggles, bad luck and unwavering determination.

Apart from Himansh Kohli, the film also stars Sonali Sehgal, Darshana Banik, Naresh Vohra, Alka Amin and Neeraj Sood in pivotal roles. Actress Shilpa Shinde will also make a special appearance.
