Hyatt India & Southwest Asia has launched a new food and beverage campaign, “Made With Love. Served With Rewards.”, encouraging guests and World of Hyatt members to enjoy dining experiences while earning additional loyalty benefits at participating Hyatt restaurants and bars across the region.

Running from August 1 to September 30, 2026, the campaign allows World of Hyatt members to earn double reward points (2X points) on eligible food and beverage spending at participating Hyatt hotels and resorts in India and Southwest Asia. The initiative aims to make everyday dining more rewarding while strengthening customer engagement with Hyatt’s restaurant portfolio.

The campaign comes at a time when dining out has become an increasingly regular part of consumers’ lifestyles. According to a 2025 Rakuten Insight survey, more than half of respondents in the region said they dine out several times a week or more, reflecting a growing preference for restaurant experiences beyond special occasions.

Hyatt said the campaign celebrates the care, craftsmanship and hospitality that go into every dining experience across its restaurants and bars. Whether it is a family dinner, a business lunch, after-work drinks or a casual meal with friends, the hospitality brand aims to position its restaurants as destinations for everyday dining.

Speaking about the initiative, Tammy Ng, Vice President – Brand & Marketing, Hyatt Asia Pacific, said memorable dining experiences are created through thoughtful choices, from carefully selected ingredients and authentic recipes to attentive service and warm hospitality.

She said the campaign not only recognises the people behind every dish but also offers guests and loyalty members more reasons to return and experience Hyatt’s culinary offerings.

Under the promotion, members can earn reward points on eligible dine-in and takeaway purchases with a minimum qualifying spend of US$10, or its equivalent in local currency, per transaction. Members can accumulate up to 30,000 points during the campaign period.

The accumulated points can be redeemed for various benefits within the World of Hyatt loyalty programme, including complimentary stays at participating Category 1 hotels, dining experiences and spa services at eligible Hyatt properties worldwide.

Hyatt noted that no hotel stay is required to earn points under the campaign, allowing local diners to benefit simply by visiting participating restaurants and bars.

Across its portfolio in India, Hyatt offers a wide range of dining experiences featuring regional Indian cuisine, international favourites and locally inspired menus. The company said the campaign reflects changing consumer preferences, where restaurant visits are increasingly becoming part of everyday life rather than being limited to celebrations.

The hospitality group currently operates more than 1,500 hotels and all-inclusive properties across 83 countries, with brands spanning luxury, lifestyle, business and extended-stay segments. Through the World of Hyatt loyalty programme, members can earn and redeem points for hotel stays, dining, wellness experiences and other travel-related benefits.

With the launch of “Made With Love. Served With Rewards.”, Hyatt aims to strengthen customer loyalty by combining quality dining experiences with added value, encouraging guests to make its restaurants and bars a regular part of their everyday dining choices.
