Bollywood Stars Boost Glamour at Neelkanth Valley Township Opening
Mumbai (Anil Bedag): The picturesque valleys of Karjat, Maharashtra, recently became the centre of glamour and celebration as the 92-acre Neelkanth Valley township project was officially launched. The event drew crowds of real estate enthusiasts and fans alike, with Bollywood actor Faisal Khan and television actress Sara Khan as the star attractions.
The evening began with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony, lending cultural elegance to the launch. Senior Delhi BJP leader Kamal Chib attended and was honoured with a statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, highlighting the blend of heritage and modernity that the project represents.
The mood soared as Faisal Khan took the stage, performing the iconic song “Aati Kya Khandala.” His energetic act had the audience clapping and singing along, setting a lively tone for the night. The first phase of Neelkanth Valley spans approximately 7 acres and will feature premium luxury villas, an artificial lake, a private club, and a swimming pool. Several artists attending the event also expressed interest in acquiring plots, indicating the township’s appeal among high-profile buyers.
