Happiest Health is set to host the second edition of its much-anticipated Women’s Wellness Summit, “Happiest Her 2025,” on 22 March at Pope Paul VI Auditorium, St. John’s Campus, Koramangala. This summit aims to engage young working women professionals in insightful discussions on health challenges like stress and PCOS while exploring lifestyle shifts for better well-being.
The event will bring together healthcare professionals, industry experts, and thought leaders to discuss the significance of fitness, balanced diets, proper sleep, and financial planning in promoting women’s health.
