Samsung’s bold innovation programme Solve for Tomorrow is racing towards its deadline. With just a few days left, the final call has gone out to students aged 14 to 22 across India. This is the last chance to turn bold ideas into real-world solutions and possibly win ₹1 crore in funding and support.
The programme began on 29 April 2025, and since then has seen an incredible response from students in every corner of the country. From New Delhi to Kolhapur, young minds have stepped up to solve India’s most pressing challenges.
The initiative is not just about technology or innovation. It’s about solving real problems, from mental health and pollution to sustainable packaging and education access. Roadshows and open houses have sparked a wave of participation. Students in Delhi-NCR explored AI tools to tackle mental health. In Maharashtra and Gujarat, participants pitched ideas on heritage revival, climate resilience, and inclusive tools for learning.
Now, applications close on 30 June. The final leg of this nationwide movement invites students to think big and act fast.
The Solve for Tomorrow programme offers:
- Design thinking training
- Mentorship from Samsung and IIT Delhi experts
- Investor connections and prototyping support
- And a grand prize of ₹1 crore
But beyond the prize, the true reward is impact. It’s about students realising they can be the changemakers their communities need.
Ishita, a participant from Ghaziabad, said, “This was the first time someone asked me what problem I wanted to solve. That changed everything.”
Aakash, from Pune, added, “I stopped waiting for the right time. Solve for Tomorrow made me believe my idea mattered.”
Their journeys are just the beginning.
Whether it’s building safer online spaces, smarter irrigation for farmers, or accessible cities, your idea belongs here. All it takes is curiosity, empathy, and the courage to try.
The countdown is on. Will your idea be India’s next big solution?
