Panorama Studios has strengthened its presence in regional cinema by partnering with Cult Digital and Prakash Films to co-produce and release two upcoming Marathi feature films by two-time National Award-winning filmmaker Sujay Dahake. The collaboration brings together established production houses and emerging creative studios with the aim of delivering original Marathi stories to a wider audience across India.
The two films, Tujhya AaiLa and RaktaPhal, have completed principal photography and are currently in the post-production stage. Promotions for both projects are expected to begin soon, with theatrical releases scheduled between September 2026 and March 2027.
Leading the slate is Tujhya AaiLa, an emotional drama directed by Sujay Dahake. The film is produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak, Abhishek Pathak and Murlidhar Chhatwani from Panorama Studios, along with Suniil Jaiin, Aditya Joshi and Mohit Arora of Cult Digital, and Rajesh Singh of Prakash Films. Meghana Pramanik serves as the co-producer.
The film features an accomplished cast including Rajshri Deshpande, Sambhaji Bhagat, and veteran actress Rohini Hattangadi. Tujhya AaiLa is scheduled to release in cinemas on 25 September 2026 and is expected to offer a deeply emotional story rooted in Marathi culture while appealing to a wider audience.
The second project, RaktaPhal, takes a completely different creative direction. Described as a contemporary youth-centric fantasy comedy thriller, the film explores the emotional conflicts and aspirations of today’s generation. Set against the colourful yet isolating backdrop of Goa’s wellness tourism, nightlife and social ambitions, the story promises a unique blend of humour, fantasy and suspense.
The cast of RaktaPhal includes Upendra Limaye, Amruta Khanvilkar, Gauri Nalawade, Ketaki Kulkarni, Mayur More, known for Kota Factory, and digital creator Aditya Thackeray. Directed by Sujay Dahake, the film recently completed an extensive 40-day shooting schedule in Goa and is expected to arrive in theatres between February and March 2027.
The partnership reflects a shared vision of expanding the reach of Marathi cinema by combining strong storytelling with broader commercial distribution. It also highlights Panorama Studios’ continued investment in regional films that have the potential to resonate with audiences beyond their home market.
Speaking about the collaboration, Kumar Mangat Pathak, Chairman of Panorama Studios, said the company has always believed in the strength of Marathi cinema and its storytelling. He noted that the studio’s previous Marathi ventures had been creatively rewarding and well received, adding that Tujhya AaiLa and RaktaPhal continue that journey by supporting stories rooted in Marathi culture with universal appeal.
Director Sujay Dahake said the collaboration is exciting because every partner shares a commitment to original storytelling. He added that while the two films belong to completely different genres, both aim to deliver emotionally honest and creatively bold narratives.
The founders of Cult Digital, Suniil Jaiin and Aditya Joshi, along with Rajesh Singh of Prakash Films, described the partnership as a major milestone. They said the collaboration reflects a shared commitment to creating culturally rooted cinema that connects with modern audiences while showcasing the growing ambition of Marathi filmmaking.
With both films now in post-production, the partnership marks the beginning of a broader strategic relationship between Panorama Studios, Cult Digital and Prakash Films. More announcements regarding marketing campaigns, trailers and release plans are expected in the coming months.
