Global AI and analytics consulting firm Tiger Analytics has launched a major initiative to introduce students from engineering colleges in Bihar to artificial intelligence and data analytics. The programme began with a two day Data Analytics workshop held at Muzaffarpur Institute of Technology on February 10 and 11, 2026.
The workshop was conducted in partnership with Akhil Bhartiya Yuva Utthan Evam Samaj Kalyan Sansthan and Enqurious, a next generation Data and AI skilling and talent enablement platform. More than 100 engineering students participated in the sessions, marking the first step in a broader effort to train thousands of students across Bihar in emerging AI technologies over the next two years.
Tiger Analytics Founder and Chief Executive Officer Mahesh Kumar, who hails from Bihar, has been a strong supporter of the initiative. The programme aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements, ensuring that students from the region gain exposure to practical applications of artificial intelligence and analytics.
The workshop curriculum was designed and delivered jointly by Tiger Analytics and Enqurious. It focused on strengthening core analytical skills, improving structured problem solving abilities, and introducing students to real world industry use cases. The sessions were led by Sunil Kumar from Enqurious and Rakesh Sriramula from Tiger Analytics.
Students responded enthusiastically to the training sessions. Many participants highlighted the value of hands-on exercises and industry insights that helped them understand how AI and data analytics are used to solve complex business challenges.
Speaking about the initiative, Mahesh Kumar said Bihar has always produced exceptional intellectual talent. He emphasised that the goal of the programme is to ensure that students from the state are not only academically strong but also prepared to succeed in the global AI and data driven economy.
Amit Choudhary, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Enqurious, described the collaboration as a meaningful step toward building future ready talent. He said working with Muzaffarpur Institute of Technology had been a rewarding experience and added that combining Tiger Analytics’ industry expertise with Enqurious’ learning frameworks allows students to develop practical skills from the beginning.
Following the successful workshop at MIT Muzaffarpur, several similar training programmes are planned across engineering institutions in Bihar over the coming months. The initiative reflects a growing effort by industry leaders to nurture technology talent in emerging regions and prepare students for opportunities in the rapidly expanding AI and analytics sector.
