From a small town in Gujarat to sharing platforms with celebrities and addressing audiences across the globe, Dr. Khoja has steadily built a name for himself in the fields of Vastu and astrology. With years of study, research and professional experience, the Vapi-born practitioner has expanded his presence beyond India, reaching clients and audiences in countries such as the United States, Dubai, Kenya, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Saudi Arabia and South Africa.
Originally from Vapi in Gujarat’s Valsad district, Dr. Khoja’s journey reflects years of dedication to traditional Indian sciences. Over the years, he has earned recognition through his work, receiving two Gold Medals and securing a place in the India Book of Records. His expertise spans several disciplines, including Vedic Astrology, Nadi Astrology, Lal Kitab, Numerology, Palmistry, Face Reading and Western Astrology.
As his reputation has grown, Dr. Khoja has also appeared alongside several well-known personalities at national and international events. According to Dr. Khoja, he was approached regarding a residential building where residents had reportedly become concerned following a series of unfortunate incidents. He says the building had witnessed very low occupancy, with only a small percentage of apartments occupied.
Dr. Khoja states that he spent nearly 25 days studying the property’s layout and surroundings before suggesting a series of Vastu-based changes. According to him, the recommendations gradually improved the situation, and the residential complex later witnessed a significant increase in occupancy. While these outcomes are based on his account, the project remains one of the experiences he frequently highlights while discussing his work.
Apart from consultations, Dr. Khoja has also connected with a wider audience through electronic media. His association with a horoscope programme on Radio Mirchi helped introduce his work to listeners across the country. According to him, the programme regularly received more than 100 calls a day from people seeking guidance on personal, family and professional matters, making it one of the important milestones in his career.
His international engagements have also continued to grow. Most recently, Dr. Khoja participated in an international conference in Malaysia, where Vastu experts, astrologers and spiritual scholars from various countries gathered to exchange ideas and discuss developments in the field. During the event, he shared his experiences and perspectives on Vastu and astrology with participants from different parts of the world.
